Transfer News! Real Madrid Ready To Launch Offer For Man United Star Paul Pogba Following Rift With Jose Mourinho

Transfer News! Real Madrid Ready To Launch Offer For Man United Star Paul Pogba Following Rift With Jose Mourinho

Real Madrid are planning to launch a mega move for Manchester United midfielder Paul Pogba this summer.

On Thursday, there were reports that Pogba is having regrets over his £89million move from Juventus.

The France midfielder won two trophies last season, but has seen the Red Devils fail to stay in contention to win the Premier League for a second straight season, with rivals Manchester City coasting toward the title this term.

Pogba has also fallen out with manager Jose Mourinho over his best position in the team.

The Sun however claims United would be unwilling to sell him after just two years and with three years left on his five-year contract.

Real would have to offer in excess of £120m to even stand a chance of landing the 24-year-old.

Football Lovers:- What Is Wrong With Cristiano Ronaldo CR7 This Season?

Football Lovers:- What Is Wrong With Cristiano Ronaldo CR7 This Season?

It’s the same story since the last 3–4 seasons. He starts off slow, everyone says he is finished, he comes back and scores 50 goals that season.

But this time I really think age has caught up with the superstar.

How much Ronaldo is involved in the play depends on the tactics used by Real.

In a counter attack gameplan, all you’d see is Cristiano ronaldo running the show in attack, but in possession style play, which Real has been playing this season he is just a goalscorer,

so his performance depends upon the service he recieves, which sadly has been absolutely ridiculous this season.

Marcelo is out of form, Benzema is too, Isco although playing wonderful, doesn’t pass to Ronaldo that much (I don’t know if it’s true, but I have noticed it many times).

Asensio is being played out of his position, Vasquez has been awful. The defence has been awful too.

What I mean is, Ronaldo is now a goal scorer, sure he is still an excellent crosser, he is a goal scorer, if he doesn’t recieve good service, he doesn’t score, period.

Ronaldo can still play good on the wing, he still has the pace, the skill and the crossing abilities.

I think he should adopt his old style again, starting on the wing and drifting inside, playing as a center forward has been bad for him, which he is forced to play as Bale is constantly injured.

If the old BBC is back I reckon Ronaldo will be back in form again, playing as a CF is the main reason of his decline, plus his age, he is almost 33 now, what do you expect?.

I still believe he’ll make a comeback, but don’t expect him to score 50 this season.

Champions League is another issue altogether, teams don’t park the bus in Champions league, so Ronaldo gets better service and therefore is the top scorer.

So I’d like to summarise everything.

Ronaldo is old. The whole team is playing bad. He is being played out of position.

The current tactics don’t suit him. But seeing that he is the top scorer of Champions League right now, I still expect good things from him.

Or as a good football critic that you are;

What Do You Think Is Wrong With CR7?

FIFA Best Goalkeeper Of 2017 Buffon Gives Condition For Retiring From Football Next Year

Juventus goalkeeper, Gianluigi Buffon, has said he will retire next year after the World Cup, except the Serie A side wins the Champions League.

Speaking with Sky Italia, the 39-year-old promised to call it a day after Italy’s World Cup campaign, unless he and Juve can win the Champions League after three unsuccessful finals.

“There’s no margin (to change mind) because I’m quite convinced of the choices I’ve made,” Buffon said.

“This is my last season and I’m pretty sure of the choices I make. One or two more years wouldn’t add or take away from what I’ve already achieved.

“The only way would be to win the Champions League. At that point, to try to win the Club World Cup, maybe Wojciech Szczesny could play alternate games.

“But I think with a goalkeeper like him behind it is normal that next year I’ll stand aside.”

Read What Jose Mourinho Says About The Allegations Of Tax Evasion (Read Here)

Manchester United manager, Jose Mourinho has released a statement through his agent Jorge Mendes’ company, Gestifute, insisting that he is “in compliance” with all his tax obligations.
Mourinho also stated that he has not heard anything to the contrary from the Spanish tax authorities.
The former Real Madrid boss has been accused of defrauding tax authorities to the tune of €3.3million by a Spanish regional prosecutor, with a complaint filed on Tuesday.
But the 54-year-old has denied any wrongdoing.
“Jose Mourinho has not received any notification with regards to the news published Tuesday. To this date, neither the Spanish tax authorities, nor the public prosecutor have contacted Jose Mourinho or his advisers who were hired for the inspection process,” a statement on the Gestifute website reads.
“Jose Mourinho, who lived in Spain from June 2010 until May 2013, paid more than €26 million in taxes, with an average tax rate over 41 per cent, and accepted the regularization proposals made by the Spanish tax authorities in 2015 regarding the years of 2011 and 2012 and entered into a settlement agreement regarding 2013.
“The Spanish government in turn, through the tax department, issued a certificate in which it attested that he regularised his position and was in compliance with all his tax obligations.”

FIFA Clears Manchester United Over Pogba Deal, Juventus Under Investigation

FIFA has cleared Manchester United of any wrongdoing over Paul Pogba’s transfer, but will investigate Juventus.
In May, the world football governing body asked both clubs for clarification on all aspects of Pogba’s £89.3million move to Old Trafford last summer.
It came after reports that the player’s agent, Mino Raiola, will earn more than £41million from the deal.
FIFA has now confirmed United will face no further action. It is, however, understood that Raiola’s agreement with the Serie A side, could have breached third-party ownership rules.
“We can confirm that disciplinary proceedings have been opened against Juventus FC. We cannot comment further as proceedings are ongoing. We can confirm that no disciplinary proceedings have been opened against Manchester United,” a FIFA spokesman said on Tuesday.
If they are found guilty, the Seria champions could be hit with a punishment; possibilities range from a fine to a transfer ban.

Federal Government Appeal Against Saraki’s Code Of Conduct Tribunal Acquittal

Today, The federal government, appealed against the judgement of the Code of Conduct Tribunal (CCT) which acquitted Bukola Saraki, senate president, of false assets declaration charge.
On June 14, the CCT upheld the no-case submission which Saraki filed after the prosecution closed its case.
In an 11 grounds notice of appeal filed on Tuesday and signed by Rotimi Jacobs, prosecuting counsel, the government said the judgement was “unconstitutional”.
The government said it was wrong for the CCT to uphold the no-case submission because the burden of proof lied with Saraki to show that he did not have an infraction with his form.
The appellant said the onus of proof was “wrongly placed” on it by the CCT which contravened the constitution.
The prosecution said the CCT failed to analyse and evaluate the evidence of prosecution witnesses before reaching the conclusion that Saraki had no case to answer.
The appellant said the “tribunal completely closed its eyes to the fact that the prosecution produced the original of the assets declaration forms before the Tribunal and requested the Tribunal and the defendant to compare the original with the certified true copies without any objection from the defendant”.
“By the provisions of paragraphs 11 (2), (3) and (13) of Part 1, 5th schedule to the constitution of the federal republic of Nigeria, 1999 (as amended), once the code of conduct form filled by the public officer is investigated and found to be false or that some assets are beyond the legitimate income of the public officer or that the assets were acquired by means of corrupt practices, the public officer concerned is deemed to have breached the code of conduct and it is for him to show to the tribunal that there is no infraction in the form,” the notice of appeal read.
“The honorable tribunal wrongly placed the onus of proof on the prosecution contrary to paragraphs 11 (2), (3) and (13) of Part 1, 5th Schedule to the Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, 1999 (as amended).
“The constitution of the federal republic of Nigeria, 1999 (as amended) clearly excluded the presumption of innocence on the allegation of infraction of the code of conduct by public officers and the tribunal wrongly applied the presumption of innocence contrary to the constitutional requirement. The tribunal’s decision is unconstitutional and without jurisdiction.”
In the appeal, government is praying for an order to set aside the judgement of CCT and “an order calling upon the respondent (Saraki) to enter his defence”.
