I have seen a large number of people talking about making money online, but I have realized that very few of them practices it and a very minute number really understand how to make a huge lot of money online in a perfect way. It’s quite unfortunate that many of us have the internet at our disposal and many are looking for what cannot bring food on their table on the internet. Internet is a wide space that everyone can check and read through available information provided on the internet on how to do this, and how to learn this. To really get what we are looking for on the internet, time, patience and effort must really be exerted for this to come into fruition-remember nothing good comes easily.

I have realized that most people have this premonition that making money online is not real or there are no sure ways of making money online. Anyways, in this article, we shall discuss 5 tested and ideal ways to make money online from home.

HOW TO MAKE MONEY ONLINE FROM HOME?
The following are 5 ways to make money online.
1. Freelancing jobs online
2. Selling product online
3. Online stock trading
4. Making money from blogs.
5. Home/ online services

1. FREELANCING JOBS ONLINE
This is not farfetched at all so I’ll like to use myself as a practical example. A very sure way of making online income is to work as a freelancer. It’s over ten years ago that I’ve started working as a freelancer mostly as a writer and proofreader. I can tell you practically that freelancing has really assisted me in gaining a lot of financial freedom. I quit my job as a full time worker in a public sector because of what I have been able to achieve in freelancing just within a very short time.

So freelancing is not only exclusive to writing articles, proofreading and eBook writing alone, there are different available skills and areas you can venture into depending on your area of expertise. As for me, I have been writing since age 11, and I really put myself in what gives me comfort every time and every day. The best approach to this is first to understand the area you are good at. This will make you easily unleash your potential in that area. As earlier discussed, freelancing jobs are not only limited to writing alone; there are other types of jobs available ranging from voice over, graphics design, web design, email marketing, network marketing, resume and the likes.

There are virtually infinite choices available for you to make your choice.  So if you know where to look for, you’ll definitely find a whole lot of jobs and services you can offer that yields a reasonable income at the end. There are millions of people who need serious and committed online freelancers with a very good income at the end, and if you know you’re really talented and capable of working for hours online, then hurry now and start making a huge lot of money. Some of the recommended websites if you really want to do business are Fiverr, Upwork, and freelancer. There are chains of websites online where you can find jobs that suit your interest apart from the mentioned website.

In freelancing job, age is never a barrier even the opportunity is available for young teenagers who can take advantage of this offer and make money out of these freelancing websites. As earlier discussed, this service doesn’t need any form of website to start but it haiving a website for your business makes you more relevant and visible. And not only are you making money from this freelancing job offers; you are also working on your inherent skills along the way.

2. SELLING PRODUCT ONLINE
Selling product online is a perfect way of earning a huge lot of money. For lots of people that have one idea or product to sell, doing this online can really make you self-independent and give you a comfortable life you’ve always been dreaming about. For instance, selling your stuff on eBay is pretty easy, and you can make money out of eBay by simply signing up with them. Fortunately, you can sell anything whatsoever on eBay, but you need to make some pretty findings to know what really is hot for sale on eBay.
So the question now is how do you know which product is hot on eBay?
Pretty simple, there is usually a tool labeled on their website as ‘what’s hot,’ and you can search the current top items for sale on eBay. Everyone wants to be a successful seller on eBay since it is a huge online store where anything can be bought or sold. To get the best from eBay, they offer tutorials that train new sellers on how to maximize profit with their products.

3. STOCK TRADING ONLINE
Stock trading online is really a skilled type of service that you can only be successful and make your real income if you have little or deep understanding of stock trading. Stock trading online is known to be detail oriented and really an intricate type of online service you can offer. Although, if you have an idea about how to get some tips from certain websites, you can make your way around and work get a consistent earning while offering this service online. For novice going into this type of business, you can start small, and with time, you may catch up with the orientation. And for the benefit of those who have a broad idea about this business, you can really launch yourself into the market and make a whole lot of money from this service online.

4. MAKING MONEY FROM BLOGS
If you really have a flair for writing and sharing important information into words, then you can be successful as a blogger. Blogging has recently been known as a surefire way of making money most especially in this computer age period. Through blogging business, many have been able to make financial success and impact through an organized method of sharing their knowledge and vital information.

When you know how to, and have the spare time in putting words together, research topics and compose a meaningful information needed by the masses, then you are on your way to making money in blogging. Many people claim to know how to blog, but in less than few months, they realized they have really put themselves into a whole lot of mess most especially when they are not making any profit from blogging. This is the more reason why it is essential to take time in learning the rudiments of blogging, as well as the tools before you think about making money.

As it is known, blogs can easily create a viral effect mostly when you have good blog posts. You’ll definitely be surprised at the large numbers of visitors you’ll be attracting through the work of blogging and information sharing platform resulting into a huge income for you.

CONCLUSION

EFCC Set To Partner With JAMB To Curb Exam Malpractice (Read Details Here)

The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) has vowed to work with the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) to tackle exams malpractices in this year’s Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME). It also stated that over 1.4 million candidates have so far registered for the 2018 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) across the country. The JAMB Registrar, Prof. Is-haq Oloyede, disclosed this yesterday while receiving the acting Chairman, Ibrahim Magu. According to Oloyede, “A total of 1,451,691 candidates had registered for the 2018 UTME, while 39,663 candidates were for the Direct Entry. “However, we currently have in our custody some people who break into our Virtual Private Network. They are creating very-small-aperture terminal in Osogbo and Ilesha, Osun State, and broadcasting across the country. “These people are young boys and girls. They are only concerned about the money they get and not about the effects of their corrupt practices. “We would cooperate with the EFCC in fighting corruption in the form of examination malpractices.” On his part, Magu assured the Registra that the commission would not spare any vice-chancellor found culpable in the investigations into alleged N5.77million furniture allowance. “We can cooperate with JAMB to fight corruption in many areas including the issue of examination malpractices. This is part of the reasons for this visit. “It is too early for me to comment on this issue (whether we are beaming our searchlight on past JAMB registrars). But we are working on it. On the vice-chancellors, we will not spare anybody,” he vowed

JAMB Extends Deadline For 2018 UTME Registration (See New Date Here)

The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) has announced the extension of registration for 2018 UTME till February 11, 2018.

The spokesperson of the board, Fabian Benjamin, disclosed this in a press statement on Tuesday evening.

The board had said in December that the sale of form and registration for all candidates including those from foreign countries will hold from December 6, 2017 to February 6, 2018.

“JAMB as a responsive organisation has taken the decision albeit with great hesitation to accommodate candidates who failed to register between the two months window period that ended at midnight of Tuesday, 6th February, 2018,” Mr. Benjamin said

The agency, however, said such extensions in future may involve some penalty.

“The failure of these candidates to register is unfortunate and the Board hastens to add that this culture of impunity will not be tolerated and indeed penalty may be imposed for late registration in future.

“Candidates are therefore strongly advised to take advantage of the extension to register as request for further extension would not be entertained,” the spokesperson said.

“For emphasis, 2018 UTME registration now closes at midnight of Sunday, 11th February, 2018.”

The board, however, said registration for direct entry candidates continues.

The board had also proposed March 9 to 17 as the date for the examination.

The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board, JAMB, is a Nigerian entrance examination board for tertiary institutions.

The board is charged with the responsibility to administer similar examinations for applicants to Nigerian public and private universities, monotechnics, polytechnics and colleges of education.

All of these candidates must have obtained the West Africa School Certificate, now West Africa Examinations Council, WAEC, or its equivalent, National Examination Council, NECO.

Who Is The Best President Nigerians Ever Had Among These Three (3)? Let’s Discuss:

Politics in Nigeria is a funny game where different politicians bring about different innovations to entice the citizens.

We have experienced different leadership skills from the presidents of this country, but there would always be an argument amidst the citizens on who is the best president they have ever had among the 3 people listed below:

1.Olusegun Obasanjo is one of the ex-presidents of Nigeria with plenty of positives contributions and achievements in the country. One of his greatest achievements during his tenure is introduction of mobile phones to the country.

OBJ as he is fondly called is loved by people of his country that he was even elected again after his first tenure. He is known to be an important figure in Nigeria politics and a figure that can’t be underestimated by anybody who aspires to be elected into the Aso rock.

2. Goodluck Ebele Jonathan is the immediate ex-president of Nigeria with millions of fans in the nation. He is one of the luckiest people in the political cycle of the country. From the post of vice president and then the acting president till he become the president.

Although he lost his re-election bid and became the first sitting democratic president to lose election in the state. The losing of the election earned him a great name in the country as he is the first African president who congratulated his opponents with no traces of wars and riots.

This and many more including his great achievement in agriculture makes him become an hero and thus, become one of the best president ever not just in Nigeria but Africa.

3. Muhammadu Buhari is the current sitting president of Nigeria, he defeated the the incumbent government with wide margin. Although he is still in power but has recorded many success in his administration.

He is well known for his war against corruption as he frowns eyes to any former office holder who stole any money or government properties. PMB is loved by many and he is on a mission to be the best president ever according to the masses.

Nigerians are blessed with many brainy intellectuals and the 3 aforementioned people are one of the greatest in the history.

From your own point of view, who do you think is the best among these 3 icons? Obasanjo, Jonathan or Buhari? Drop your honest comments below.

How juju (charm) arrested PHCN officials in Osogbo, Osun State Nigeria (Read Details)

I don’t know how to translate this into English, but “ohun t’aba wi f’ogbo, logbo ngbo…” is the most popular Yoruba incantation used by Ifa believers to spellbind an individual; hypnotise the enemy or arrest an awkward situation. But some Ifa adherents don’t have to chant incantations. They are incantations themselves! The Araba of Osogbo, Chief Ifayemi Elebuibon, belongs to this class of esoteric clan of Ifa votaries.

It was about midday in the heart of Osogbo. Some officials of the Power Holding Company of Nigeria were on a mass disconnection at the Ayetoro area of the city capital. Snaillike, their vehicle inched towards Ifayemi Elebuibon Street, stopping at the very pole in front of the expansive residence of the Ifa priest. Four PHCN officials alighted from the vehicle. A group of residents, whose electricity cables had been disconnected some distance up the street, had followed the vehicle on foot. The leader of the team, a dark-skinned middle-aged man, opened a conversation with the restless residents.

Two men, who appeared to be the youngest in the PHCN team, brought down a brown, long wooden ladder hinged to the top of the pickup. As they were mounting the ladder against the pole, Elebuibon came out of his compound. He greeted them and asked what their mission was. The team leader told him that they were going to disconnect the cable supplying his house with electricity unless he produced a bill showing that he was not owing the PHCN. The babalawo told them that he  was not owing the PHCN and added that it was not his place to produce any bill. He said the PHCN should have a record of those who had paid up their bills just as he stressed that he had never owed electricity tariff all his life. Some residents intervened and told the officials that the Araba never owed electricity bills.

Shunning all entreaties, one of the PHCN officials rebuffed the pleas and started to climb the long ladder. Residents yelled and told him not to climb the ladder, but he refused, climbing and grumbling. Elebuibon raised his hand, saying ‘e je o gun, to bati le bo’le’; meaning: let him climb the ladder if he would be able to climb down from it. One! Two! Three! Four!…the brave official climbed the ladder to the top. Suddenly,he stopped grumbling, became utterly silent, distant and hazy.

He couldn’t disconnect the cable, neither could he come down. Looking as cool as cucumber, he chewed a gum slowly, absent-mindedly and remained at the top of the ladder, blinking and oblivious of the flood of pleas gushing on his behalf down below.

The other three PHCN officials at the foot of the ladder sweated and begged. Together with residents, they pleaded with Baba Elebuibon to set the young man free. Elebuibon yielded. ‘Arakunrin, ma bo nle (young man, come down),’ he simply said, snapping the detainee out of his forced reverie. The Ifa priest later told one of his children to go inside his house and bring the bill showing he had paid his electricity tariff. Elebuibon was able to resist the highhandedness earmarked for him by the PHCN, but do millions of Nigerians, whose businesses and well-being are tied to electricity supply, have the arcane power to such do?

The commonest testimony that governmental injustice and corruption freely and daily stalk our land unchallenged is the PHCN. Injustice and corruption aided, abetted and perpetrated by the government against the people. Or what better adjectives are there to qualify a government parastatal that collects citizens’ hard-earned money and yet refuses to provide the commodity for which they paid? Worse still, those that pay brazenly have their power supply cut if they were not around to show the almighty PHCN officials their bills.

The inability of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission to bring just one ‘oga’ to book despite the trillions of naira that have gone down the PHCN drain since 1999 shows the corrupt nature of the country’s anti-corruption fight. Nigerians watch hopelessly as yesterday’s corrupt politicians have had their iniquities washed with hyssop and a detergent called defection while the EFCC bays at the midnight moon. The crazy bill phenomenon by the PHCN is the crowning of the nation’s abhorrent corruption behemoth. How a government could watch and support the fleecing of her citizens year in and year out without a twinge of compunction beats the imagination. And all the agencies, state and national parliaments statutorily constituted to check underhand practices in the various segments of the economy look the other way as the python of corruption and insensitivity encircles the citizenry. A Nigerian-American living in Huntsville, Alabama, Olusegun-Richard Adeyina, said he has witnessed uninterrupted power supply since relocating to the US 16 years ago.

A report by the Socio-Economic Rights and Accountability Project said at least N11tn meant for the provision of adequate electricity for Nigerians was squandered under ex-Presidents Olusegun Obasanjo, Umaru Yar’Adua and Goodluck Jonathan. The report also warned that the ‘financial loss to Nigeria from corruption in the electricity sector’ may reach N20tn in the next 10 years.

The report, which was presented to the media by an Associate Professor of Energy and Electricity Law, University of Lagos, Yemi Oke, some months ago, said, “The much publicised power sector reforms in Nigeria under the Electric Power Sector Reform Act of 2005 is yet to yield desired and/or anticipated fruits largely due to corruption and impunity of perpetrators, regulatory lapses and policy inconsistencies. Ordinary Nigerians continue to pay the price for corruption in the electricity sector – staying in the dark, but still made to pay crazy electricity bills. The Obasanjo administration spent $10bn on NIPP with no results in terms of increase in power generation. $13.278,937,409.94 was expended in eight years while unfunded commitments amounted to $12bn. The Federal Government then budgeted a whopping N16bn for the various reforms between 2003 and 2007, which went down the drain.”

Oke said that the country had lost more megawatts in the post-privatisation era due to corruption and impunity, among other social challenges reflected in the report.

Largely owing to insatiable greed and cronyism, the privatisation of the power sector carried out in November 2013 has worsened the electricity misery of Nigerians, instead of alleviating it. The excuse of liquidity challenge and damage to gas pipelines by the distribution and generation companies are a reflection of corruption and operational inefficiency. It is only in Nigeria that power firms could ask for the fulfilment of N100bn subsidy fund after the National Electricity Power Authority assets were sold off ten a penny. Despite collecting monthly tariffs from Nigerians for electricity they never supplied, it is insensitive that these firms are yet clamouring for consumers to pay cost-reflective tariffs – to reflect the devaluation of the naira and rise in inflation. My take; if due process was followed to the letter during the privatisation exercise, the country won’t arrive at this rack and ruin.

I don’t give a hoot about the good-for-nothing improved-power statistics being bandied about the Minister of Power, Works and Housing, Babatunde Fashola. But I give a fig about the huge number of Nigerians whose lives have been snuffed out by generator fumes, despite paying through their noses crazy electricity tariffs by the most inefficient power company on the planet. I worry stiff about the millions of Nigerians – long dead and buried – on whom mosquitoes sneaked in when they opened their windows and doors to keep alive from PHCN-induced suffocating heat.

Does the way Nigeria treats adequate power supply, which remains the greatest change factor in this industrialised century, not suggest that we are truly a “wasted generation”?

Unlock the potential of the country; provide electricity – therein lies the key to prosperity.

OMG! See 35 Ikoyi Prison Inmates Sit For 2018 Jan/Feb WASSCE

OMG! 35 Ikoyi Prison Inmates Sit For 2018 Jan/Feb WASSCE

The Lagos State Prisons Command has said that about 35 inmates of the Ikoyi Prison School, Lagos, are participating in the ongoing January/February West African Senior School Certificate Examination (WASSCE) for private candidates – an examination that’s newly-introduced by the West African Examinations Council (WAEC).

WAEC Reveals Date For Newly Introduced Jan/Feb WASSCE For Private Candidates

The Controller of Prisons, Lagos State Command, Mr. Tunde Ladipo, made this known while speaking in an interview with the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) on Sunday in Lagos.

If You Are Yet To Check NOV/DEC 2017 WASSCE Results Click Here

Ladipo also disclosed that the authorities of the prison are working hard to ensure that inmates are given educational opportunities.

“I am pleased to inform you that the welfare of these inmates is of top priority to us.

“We are not leaving any stone unturned as we are deploying resources available to us in ensuring that these inmates are empowered,” the controller told NAN.

He said that the prison authorities had been giving the inmates the necessary support to enable them to excel.

“I am sure that, with all the efforts of the government, NGOs and others in an attempt to help them to excel, they will post very impressive performances in this examination.

“We hope they come out in flying colors so we can get them enrolled into the National Open University of Nigeria where they will be further educated and empowered.

“With that, we have created an opportunity for them to contribute their quotas to nation-building whenever they regain freedom,” Ladipo said.

The Principal of the school, ASP Idris Ibikunle, also hopes that the inmates would excel in the examination.

“I am indeed happy with the way the examination is going. I must say it has been good so far.

“We recently took delivery of a huge volume of books, which cut across all the subjects, from the Federal Government.

“Right now, the prison has entered into a partnership with the Prisoners Rights Advocacy Initiative, an NGO in the area of volunteer teachers.

“Plans are also underway to give the school a deserved upgrade that will ensure a more conducive environment for teaching, learning, and conduct of Computer-Based Test (CBT) by JAMB.

”With all these in place, I expect better and brighter days for the education of our inmates,

So Sad! Read What Vice President As To Say About Nigeria’s Prison

So Sad! Read What Vice President As To Say About Nigeria’s Prison

Nigeria’s Vice President, Yemi Osibanjo who was represented by the Minister of Interior, Abdulrahman Dambazzau at the official presentation of the Nigerian Prisons Survey Reports in Abuja,

A research work undertaken by Prisoners Rehabilitation and Welfare Action, PRAWA, in conjunction with Nigerian Prisons Service, lamented over the poor state of Nigerian Prisons.

According to Vice President Yemi Osibanjo, the condition of Nigerian prisons is so bad that anyone who goes in comes out an animal.

“I visited the Port Harcourt prisons yesterday. While I was waiting for my flight, I chose to go to the prison. What I saw is a reflection of quite a lot of things in the survey.

“The Port Harcourt prison was built in 1918, meaning it will be 100 years old this year. For a very long time, our prisons had been neglected because that prison, when it was built in 1918 was meant to contain about 800 inmates, but today it is containing over 5,000 and I find that very disturbing.

“There was no room for prisoners and anybody who goes into that place as a human being is coming out as an animal. The major issue we are facing now is the population of those awaiting trial; pre-trial detention. Of the about 5, 000 inmates I saw in Port Harcourt prisons, over 3,700 were those awaiting trial and I spoke with a few of them as I was moving and I found that very many of them had been in prisons for five years upward without going to court.

I tried to find out some of the reasons and I think in order to deal with this issue, there is the need for Departments of Public Prosecution, DPP, in the states to look at how the processes or what kind of procedures should be adopted in prosecuting criminal cases in this country.

Secondly, investigations by police or arrest procedures must be looked into in order to look at this situation because if the investigation is poor, then the prosecution will be defective.

The third is the court, they have a lot to do in terms of criminal trials. Cases are unnecessarily adjourned, though I know that there are over-lapping problems” he said.

What do you think about this?

Football Lovers:- What Is Wrong With Cristiano Ronaldo CR7 This Season?

Football Lovers:- What Is Wrong With Cristiano Ronaldo CR7 This Season?

It’s the same story since the last 3–4 seasons. He starts off slow, everyone says he is finished, he comes back and scores 50 goals that season.

But this time I really think age has caught up with the superstar.

How much Ronaldo is involved in the play depends on the tactics used by Real.

In a counter attack gameplan, all you’d see is Cristiano ronaldo running the show in attack, but in possession style play, which Real has been playing this season he is just a goalscorer,

so his performance depends upon the service he recieves, which sadly has been absolutely ridiculous this season.

Marcelo is out of form, Benzema is too, Isco although playing wonderful, doesn’t pass to Ronaldo that much (I don’t know if it’s true, but I have noticed it many times).

Asensio is being played out of his position, Vasquez has been awful. The defence has been awful too.

What I mean is, Ronaldo is now a goal scorer, sure he is still an excellent crosser, he is a goal scorer, if he doesn’t recieve good service, he doesn’t score, period.

Ronaldo can still play good on the wing, he still has the pace, the skill and the crossing abilities.

I think he should adopt his old style again, starting on the wing and drifting inside, playing as a center forward has been bad for him, which he is forced to play as Bale is constantly injured.

If the old BBC is back I reckon Ronaldo will be back in form again, playing as a CF is the main reason of his decline, plus his age, he is almost 33 now, what do you expect?.

I still believe he’ll make a comeback, but don’t expect him to score 50 this season.

Champions League is another issue altogether, teams don’t park the bus in Champions league, so Ronaldo gets better service and therefore is the top scorer.

So I’d like to summarise everything.

Ronaldo is old. The whole team is playing bad. He is being played out of position.

The current tactics don’t suit him. But seeing that he is the top scorer of Champions League right now, I still expect good things from him.

Or as a good football critic that you are;

The Reason Why Nigerian Politicians Play ‘Do Or Die’ Politics – by Shettima Reveals

The Reason Why Nigerian Politicians Play ‘Do Or Die’ Politics – Shettima Reveals

The Chairman, Centre for Democracy and Development, Kole Shettima, has revealed why Nigerian politicians see politics as a ‘do or die’ affair.

According to him, Nigerian politicians who have a ‘do or die’ attitude to the political game were those who lacked skills to fit in other areas and do not have any option apart from politics.

He explained that while politicians in advanced democracies could do other jobs at a time, including being in government and lecturing at Universities, the case was different in Nigeria.

Shettima stated this while speaking with the newsmen on Friday in Abuja.

He added that the Nigerian system had not provided its elites the space to circulate. This, he said, was the reason most Nigerian politicians see politics as a “do or die affair’, a development he said was dangerous to the country`s polity and development.

“We don’t have space where people can move from one job to another, in other words, there is no circulation of the elites, except in the political space.

“Successful politicians can also go to a research institute, thus they are not stocked in one place, and so leaving government is not a death sentence for them. Unfortunately in our own situation, we have not really succeeded in creating that circulation of the elite.

“That is why it is very important that we create a system that allows the elite to move around and to circulate. Such that they can be in the university today, tomorrow in government or in research centres so that they are not just stocked in one place,’’ he said.
